* The 5G Testbed components and equipment will be provided for usage only as per the booking done. It is the responsibility of the User to book and use as per the requirements.
* The booking day is defined as from 08:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs. Additional Working hours in a day will need to be agreed with the institute through the testbed admin and the fees for extra hours shall be paid appropriately.
* The usage starts from the day of booking. Any support required for setting up, configuring the testbed may be taken before or during the booking duration.
* The Testbed manager will be contacted for raising any issues. In case the issue is not resolved by the Testbed Manager, then it may be escalated to the Testbed Committee through 5gtbmanager@cewit.org.in
* The User is responsible for configuring the testbed as per the requirement. Support from the testbed team may be sought in case there are any issues faced while configuring.
* Testbed team will provide support for initial of the setup of the usage service.
* If the testbed services are unavailable due to technical issues, the user will be compensated by providing alternate days for using the Testbed. If the user does not want to use the alternate days and would like to cancel the remaining days, 100 percent refund will be provided for the cancelled days as an offline process and will take up to 90 days from date of approval of the cancellation.
* If User requires support for interfacing / integrating their modules or for capturing and analysis of logs, required manpower support may be sought and paid for along with the Testbed booking.
* If any of the Testbed equipment are damaged due to negligent usage by the user, the organization is liable to pay for the cost of repair.
* The logs and outputs which are generated during the testbed usage may be downloaded and deleted by the user before releasing the Testbed after usage. The Testbed team is not responsible for availability of the files after the Testbed usage is completed.
