Users can use the services only on the booked dates. Cancellation Procedure is not available except in rare exigencies. In case of an exigency, the user organization will write an email to the Institute test bed admin before the blocked date. 75% of the fees will be provided as refund to the user. The refund of the money paid is an offline process and can take up to 90 days after approval of the cancellation request.
The Institute Testbed Manager can reschedule the Usage date due to any exigency. In such case, the user can choose the dates they would like to have or ask for a 100% refund of the balance days.
